Shipping Info

● It generally takes 1-3 business days to process your order for shipping,
excluding orders received on the weekend.
Transit times for your choice of shipping method must be calculated from the time
the order leaves our office, not from the time you place your order.

● Please note that we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail
when Regular Airmail is selected, and will not refund a Lost/Damaged item unless
FedEx, EMS or Registered Post is selected, which is recommended.

● Customers responsible for any customs fees or any other fees charged by government
in their respective country in addition to the shipping fee. We are unable to predict
which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that might be charged.
Please check customs regulation in your country.

● If your package weight exceeds the flat rate allowance, additional shipping charges
may incurred. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to
final processing and shipping.


Shipping Options

a) FedEx International (Priority)

- $24.00 flat rate (up to 1kg).
- Tracking number will be provided immediately after shipment.
- Takes 3-5 business days after issuing tracking number
- fully insured in case lost and damaged
- Recipient's phone number required
- CANNOT ship to P.O. Box
- If recipient's address is OPA(Out of pick up area), additional charge will be incurred.
You will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to shipping.


b) EMS

- for many countries can have delivery suspension and delay deliveries
   until further notice, due to ongoing Covid-19 or Coronavirus crisis.

- $24.00 flat rate (up to 1kg).
- For customers who have problem with receiving package via FedEx.
- Tracking Number will be provided immediately after shipment.
- takes about 3-5 business days after issuing tracking number
- fully insured in case lost and damaged
- Recipient's phone number required
- CANNOT ship to P.O. Box
