Return Instructions

We are committed to give you the best quality of our product and to fill your order
accurately. Only very rare occasion items are not sent correctly or imperfect items
are sent. However we cannot eliminate human errors completely.
Please check all packaging carefully as soon as the order is delivered, before
discarding packaging(box, envelope, etc).

Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that we DO NOT accept returns for custom items,
Products that 15days after receiving date can not be refundable,
products that were originally purchased on clearance,
pre-packed items that have been broken up or otherwise altered,
including wire and stringing materials that have been unspooled,
or chain in lengths of less than three feet.

Sun Bijoux will refund return postage if you are returning an incorrect or
defective item. For all other returns please kindly ensure that sufficient
postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges
paid by Sun Bijoux for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items
will be deducted from the refund provided. And, return shipping is not eligible
for flat rate.

Please note that refunds equal to or less than $5.00 may be issued as store credit.

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or
bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not
responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you
for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost
certain to be damaged by the postal service.
